Dr. Onya is a Houston native, former state champion in track and field and Olympic athlete, and your dedicated chiropractor. Her path from a track and field athlete at The University of Texas at Austin to competing in the London 2012 Olympic Games has deeply ingrained the importance of holistic health and peak physical performance in her life. After a fulfilling athletic career, Dr. Onya pursued her passion for chiropractic care at Parker University, earning her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree. 

Alongside her supportive husband and two wonderful children, Dr. Onya is committed to empowering others in their health journey. The Forever On Your Mind Chiropractic story began in 2019 with a proposal, marking the start of a lifelong journey together. As Dr. Onya and her husband tied the knot in August 2020, their unique wedding hashtag, #foreveronyamind, not only captured their shared love but also resonated deeply with their loved ones.
